Fairmont is developed by Hiranandani in 1995 and is located within 250 acres of Hiranandani Township in Powai. The township comprises multiple commercial and residential buildings, hotels, hospitals, and schools. It currently houses the call centre Zenta, a former tenant in Hiranandanis, as well as the Deloitte, Cognizant, eFunds-FIS call centres, etc.
